This series comprised 5 patients with sacral pressure sores treated in the department of plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Seoul Red Cross Hospital.
Generally, it might be stated that the midline was considered a relatively vascular barrier to the design of most of the flaps. But it is desirable to institute more simple flap.
The anatomy of the lumbosacral area was discussed. The postoperative, results were parallel relatively, with the general condition of the patients and to the severity of the. underlying diseases.
